If you have a piece of glass and you are looking for an ID, I've been cataloging glass by pinned images. Check under each image and you'll see a folder link; such as, Indiana Glass or Pairpoint Glass, etc. Click on these links to go to the folders I've been creating by Glass Company. This is a work in progress and needs an administrator. Looking for a GLGD volunteer to assist with these pinnings.

These pins are listings and pictures from all around the internet. This is a guide and shouldn't be taken as deadpan proof that you have found your ID. Many blog writers, sellers, etc. copy other people's listing errors. You should always try to verify your ID with the experts before selling something on the net.

    1. Thank you for your post. I don't want to buy crystal. I have some pieces that I was trying to identify as to year of manufacture, etc. I am putting my deceased mother's collectibles up for sale, and am trying to find out all I can about them.

  3. Hi Sheri, the best way to get your items identified is to join either our Yahoo Group or our Forum. Both are free. Good Luck!

  5. Hello
Kristal Zajecar is founded in 1965. Most of glass designs are from 70s or 80s. During 90s factory was almost dead, but 2006. is finally liquidated.
Best wishes and greetings from Serbia

  9. I own a lead crystal vase. It has the same design as only 2 other that I have come across...none like mine. The mouth is scalloped 8" in diameyer and has the etched sunflower and etched leaves on a horizontal plane right below the tim. I am sure the discription is sufficiemt to i.d.

  10. I own a crystal vase I am quite certain is a Zajecar 24% lead crystal vase. I have only seen 2 other pieces with the same pattern in my search and not vases, unlike mine...same exact pattern...sunflowers on a horizontal plane deeply etched petals and etched leaves...they could be frosted? Scalloped rim, 8" in dia. and a base around 3" in dia. Unfortunately there are 2 pinhole chips about 2" from the base and 1 slightly bigger but not much. How much will these blemishes tarnish its value. Thanks for listening. I look forward to hearing from you. I also have a wine decanter that may be a Zajecar crystal. Same clear patterns without the flower. It has frosted thumb nails, however. I'm not sure how to discribe the shape...bottom half of an hourglass and a rounded pointed crystal dome. God bless you.
